Long image names not saving

I’m trying to run a backup and it always says…

WARNING: File name “primalholistichealth/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Exercising-with-a-Disability-Personal-Training-for-the-Disabled-Hemiplegia-primalhealth-230-150×150.jpg” is too long to be saved correctly in TarGz archive!

So I went to the page that had the images and shortened their names as you can see here:

But it still says the same thing… Whats the solution?
