Long Form Not Submitting

I have two forms on a development site using Custom Contact Forms. The only edits I have made are CSS edits.
The short one (located here: https://64.37.102.163/~arrowseniorlivin/fremont/contact/) sends correctly.
The Long one (located here: https://64.37.102.163/~arrowseniorlivin/fremont/about/join-our-team/) does nothing. Nothing is logged in the wp-admin back end. It does not go anywhere when you push the button, even when you fill out all the fields.
Is there a limit on how many fields there can be on a form?
