long description on image hover dysfunct after update to wp 5.6

    hi there,
    i updated my website with fukasawa from wp4.9 to 5.6 and realized that in those posts (type standard) where i inserted images the functionality that showed the long description of an image does not work anymore – the little symbol indicating additional information on hovering is not visible anymore and the event listener for the hover action seems to be gone. i suppose this is due to the jquery migrate issue that affects functionalities of some wordpress extensions.
    can anyone advise me to get this image hover feature to work again? i don’t want to install the jquery migrate helper plugin since this will only postpone changes that will have to be made sooner or later anyway.

    just found out what part causes the problem:
    jQuery.fn.toggle(handler, handler…) is deprecated
    what can i do to make the toogle event work again?

    problem not solved but replaced to another part of wordpress: the plugin wp accessibility is causing the troubles.

    WP Accessibility will be updated to fix this issue shortly. Thanks!
