After entering about 3 redirects on the plugin page, it takes quite while before the “add new redirect” button is enabled again. This happens after every added redirect now. I don’t know if there’s some URL checking going on in the background, but we’re talking 60-90 seconds between each addition before the add button is active again.

    Hi,
Do you have a large number of posts/pages on that site?

Nope. New site getting rebuilt from scratch. About 30 pages and 4 posts.

There’s nothing happening in the background and the only thing that could be causing this is a large number (a few thousand) of pages/posts which you don’t have ??

We’re looking into this, but honestly, never had this problem before.

That is odd. But on the plus side, I really only need to set up 301s very occasionally. If I had to do a lot of them often it would be an issue. If I had to do this for a few thousand pages I’d probably just shoot myself ??

If I need to set up any more I’ll try to capture some video for you.

All good. Even with the delays, your plugin made my life a lot easier for this task. Thanks!

Glad to hear it’s not all bad ??
If you can get us that video at some point that would be great ??

I’ve left this open in our internal bug tracker so guys will keep working on it.
