Long code in IP in hidden field instead of the actual IP

maybe I’m missing something, but I placed a hidden field in my form to register the user IP. It works fine in some submissions, in others I get values like this:
2804:1b3:aa80:4b0e:290d:a401:4c46:7cr7
Am I doing something wrong?
