Logwatch warning about minify probed URLs
-
Hi guys. I moved a WP site with W3TC across to a server that is using Logwatch last night and this morning I got an email with the following:
A total of 20 possible successful probes were detected (the following URLs
contain strings that match one or more of a listing of strings that
indicate a possible exploit):
/wp-content/cache/minify/000000/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
.css?t=1437789832562 HTTP Response 200(line breaks added so you don’t have to scroll to see the whole URL, other 19 similar URLs removed)
Plugging that URL into the browser results in a page containing “content ok”.
Is this expected behaviour or a problem?
