logs whitelist comments still blocked?

    With one install I have it set to only allow whitelist with 4 countries… the settings for “comment post” is unchecked.. yet in the logs it shows that some other countries are being blocked and some of passed in the comment post section of logs..
    eg:
    2016-02-26 18:01:19 00.00.00.00 GB passed POST[80]:/blog/wp-comments-post.php
    2016-02-26 17:43:27 00.00.00.00 GB passed POST[80]:/blog/wp-comments-post.php
    2016-02-26 16:45:54 00.00.00.00 UA blocked POST[80]:/blog/wp-comments-post.php
    2016-02-26 16:45:23 00.00.00.00 UA blocked POST[80]:/blog/wp-comments-post.php

    Not sure if this is an issue where ip geo block is enforcing rules on the comment posting when it’s unchecked – that could be an issue.. although maybe another plugin like wp-spamshield is actually doing the blocking and ip geo block is still logging the pass / fail.

    Thank you for your reporting this issue. This is a new bug from 2.2.3 where I optimized some codes but something was lacking.

    I’m now validating its functionality and need some time. If you need to update now, please replace your ip-geo-block/classes/class-ip-geo-block.php to one in 2.2.3.1 branch which is a candidate for the new release but its version number is still 2.2.3.
