Hey and thank you for this beautiful plugin. Well done!

I have a subscription button set up with a Stripe Test Product.

The “use test keys / mode” option is enabled.

When I make a payment the modal dialogue process fully with a green/happy ending, however the feedback in the main browser window (by the button, following “processing…”) delivers the error message (set in admin), and the Failed Transaction email comes through.

In the Stripe dashboard, the Events show "status": "chargeable", but the logs show:

What is confusing me is that I’m not seeing any logs in WP under “Direct Stripe Logs”.

“DO NOT Allow WordPres system to store users and log data” is disabled.

Should I be seeing logs there?

I see now that the the plugin is probably failing to create the “subscription” via the API after the charge has been approved:

Hello @mikeill ,

Thank you for using Direct Stripe.

I’m glad you fund the solution, ( for others -> the pricing plan ID is to be used, not the product ID ).

If you didn’t enable the option that prevents WordPress to store users and logs, you should have test transactions listed in WordPress logs, don’t you ?

If you want to help with docs feel free to open a PR at https://github.com/New0/direct-stripe, preferably against develop.

Updating the readmes to explain this procedure could really help.
