    Hi!

    I think this started to happen about 2 weeks ago (not sure if it was due to an update), but even when I have configured to save 50 logs, they don’t.

    Mails are being sent just fine, it is the log feature that is not working.
    Can you guide me to troubleshoot it?

  • I think the logs are saved correctly, but they are not displayed. I have the same problem and I see this (I have 500 emails to keep in log). I can see the emails in DB, but not in the WP admin.

    @morvy nailed it! that’s exactly it. They are being saved but not displayed.

    The strange thing is that I have a staging site identical to the main site, and it works fine there.
    Both with latest version (2.5.9)

    The only difference I see is that in the staging site I’m using WP 6.2.2 and in the main (the one with the issue) WP 6.1

    Issue is fixed on WordPress latest version, please update WordPress to Latest version, test it and let me know.

    What is the issue with these reports? It doesn’t work on WP 5.8 and 5.9 and I have sites I can’t update for now.

    I only get this in XHR
