Logout results in blank page

  • Hello,

    I’m in the process of updating a website to UM 2.0.13.

    The last problem I am having is when the user goes to the logout page defined, it results in a blank page.

    I can see in the Network dev tools that there is a 301 redirect to the same page, then blank content.

    I’ve tried disabling all plugins and changing to the twenty seventeen theme. The logout page is not a child of another page.

    Can anyone please assist with on further diagnosing and fixing this issue?

    Hi @sean137,

    Have you set any redirect after logout in Ultimate member -> user roles -> your user role e.g. member and “Action to be taken after logout “?
    If you have set a redirect to some page which is restricted to the logged out users the issue may occur.

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting back to me! The logout was set to Homepage URL. I changed it to Custom URL / and it work’s fine now.
