Logout redirect to the index, how?

Hi!, I use for login + redirect to the index, this:
https://www.mysite.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=/
But how i can make the same for logout?, i want a link that when is clicked logout the user and redirect him automatically to the index
I tryied https://www.mysite.com/wp-login.php?action=logout?redirect but no work
