Logout Problem

  • Hey!

    The logout doesn’t work on my website when ultimate member plugin is enabled (even from the admin panel). If the plugin is disabled the logout works. I saw that i doesn’t had a logout page that should have been created when i installed the plugin. Unfortunately i can’t uninstall the plugin and reinstall to see if its makes the logout page then. Is there any way to work around that problem without uninstalling the plugin for example can i manually create a logout page and everything?

    Hi @timmyke,

    Thanks for writing in. You can manually create a logout page by following these steps:

    1. Create a new page name “Logout”.
    2. Go to Ultimate Member > Settings > Setup > Logout > Select the new logout page and click save changes.
    3. Add the new logout page link in the menu to test it.
