Logout Problem

  • Hey, I’m trying to use the ultimate member plugin i did everything, created custom forms etc.

    But, Then i realized the logout doesn’t work. Even if i’m on the admin page and trying to log out it just redirect me to a full white blank page but when i go back to any page i’m still logged in.

    I think the problem is with my Logout page. When i click on it and try to see the page it gives me a blank page instead of doing the logout. https://autoberles-szombathely.hu/logout/

    Under Ultimate Member -> Setup, is your logout page configured correctly? Are you logging out through that page or through the WP-Admin bar? Finally, are you using any caching plugin?

    @verysiberian my page is setup correctly yes it’s set to that page. I’m trying to logout through that page or the admin bar none of that works. Yeah i’m using a caching plugin but after i disabled it still doesn’t work. BTW if i’m disabling ultimate member plugin after that i could logout

    After you disabled the caching plugin, did you clear the cache for the site and your browser’s cache? Just want to be sure.

    What other plugins are you using? Have you tried disabling them one by one?

    @verysiberian yeah it’s not the cache. I’m only using theme and woo commerce and loco-translate. and none of these is the problem. i think something is not set up correctly in the logout page or database or smoothing like that.

    Hi,

    Can you please do a conflict test on the theme first and then plugins and see if it is caused by a conflict.
