Logout Popup

When an user clicks logout link, the user is displayed with an intermediate page with message:
” You are attempting to logout of wordpress
Do you really want to Logout? “However this behavior is intermittent. In order to reproduce the issue, one of the scenarios tested was to keep the session idle for about 30 minutes but that didn’t help to reproduce the issue.
Is there any idle session time out configured somewhere ?
What can I do to fix this ? Expectation is, when an user clicks “logout” , he should be directly logged out without asking if the user wants to logout.
