    Hi @hjsurk,

    Firstly, do you have any caching plugins or server side caching e.g. Memcached, Varnish cache or CloudFlare etc. active on your site? Please try to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if this issue goes away.

    Secondly, please go to the Ultimate member -> Settings > General -> Pages and make sure that you have correct Logout page assigned there.

    Please also try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
