We are creating an HOA website and we have a public menu and a members menu. When a member logs in they view the menu and one choice is Logout. When you click Logout you are taken to the LoginPress customized login page. If the user clicks the Back to Black Swan Lake HOA link to go to the public home page the public menu shows. If they click any public child page they get the page, but the menu changes to the Member menu because the session time is still going. It doesn’t seem like the logout is clearing the session. We’ve set the session to 1 minute and tested and it works properly, but 1 minute sessions are unrealistic and cause the user to continue to sign-in all the time. We’ve now set the session to 60 minutes, but the logout function should really be clearing any current session so they truly get logged out. Site is on SiteGround’s WordPress hosting and the site is build with Beaver Builder.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey, @csnodgr2

I believe you are using LoginPress with Login Logout Menu plugin. I have tried to reproduce the issue you are having but everything worked smooth.

Please let me know what method are you using for separating the login menus for user types. Also do provide us diagnostic information from the LoginPress Help tab.

Please reply with diagnostic information to our support forum.

    Looking forward.

Thanks for the reply. The site is built using Beaver Builder and we are NOT using the Login Logout Menu plugin. We have two separate menus and using Beaver Builder’s conditional logic to show/hide the menu based on if the user is logged in or not. The login link is just a simple custom link, linking to the wp-admin page. The logou link is also a simple custom link ().

I sent the diagnostic information via the support form.

    Hey, @csnodgr2

It appears to be an issue with Beaver Builder as you are using their conditional logic which makes the menu appear or disappear. I would suggest you, contact them and explain this issue.

    Cheers!
