    There is no logout form.

    Sorry, I’m not sure what you want.

    Hi, I know what @shoaib.pkteam meant. As I was having the similar issue.

    On the main page, there’s a “Login” menu with the shortcode [theme-my-login] and user can login. And after logged in, that same “Login” menu text changed to “Logout” at the same location.

    Now after upgraded to newer version, that “Logout” menu doesn’t show up anymore.

    So what I have done was created a page called “Logout” with the shortcode [theme-my-login] and add that page in the menu list (just next to “Login” menu) and it seems to solve the missing logout menu button.

    Hope this helps. Not sure its the correct way but seems to work OK.

    You shoudln’t have to create the Logout page as the plugin did already.

    And as mentioned in the change log, the Login page no longer changes to Logout. You must add both the Login and Logout pages to your menu and they’ll be displayed as expected.
