Logout from BBAdmin -Page Not Found Error

I have miminal integration with WordPress and BBPress. Everything appears to be working fine but when an admin logs out of the forum they are directed to this:
https://jslhoa.com/forum/bb-login.php?logout=1&re=https://jslhoa.com/forum/
which is a Page Not Found error.
I’d like it for the admin to be returned to the https://jslhoa.com/forum page. Any ideas of what’s wrong?
