Logout 404 error

I changed my Login page title to Log Out. Then I experienced an 404 error when logging out as a subscriber. I then changed the title of the Log Out Page back to Log In. Since I have a had 404 errors when a Subscriber attempts to log out. The log out feature for the admin works fine. I have attempted to uninstall this plugin and reinstall it. I am using version 6.3.9. I cannot find the problem? I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
