Logos show up vertically, then re-arrange to vertical. Then they don't show up

Hi,

I’m using Brandon Theme on my site and I have 7 logos in the carousel (4 per page). When the page loads, the logos are all vertically stacked and then after a few seconds, the carousel “loads” and it looks fine. The only issue is, depending on screen size, the logos will either be there or won’t be there. When I scroll down, they fade in, which in theory should be fine but when I click the arrow to move to the next page of logos, they’re not there until I scroll again.
