logos not uploading

    after uploading logos through the branding and icon interface in the plugin (and receiving a message that it saved successfully), the logos do not appear in the interface nor in the website. i also can’t find them via ftp in any folder. i checked that the upload and icon folders are CHMOD 777

  • I am unable to upload the logos and bookmark icons too.
    Is there no solution to this?

    they answered me under the pro subscription support service. they are aware of the problem and are working on a fix
