Logon / Register on my WebSite

Hello,

I need some help to make something on my website.

I need to have a button “Logon” and a button “Register” on the menu just after the “Video” (Top of the page). I don’t know if i do use a widget etc…

I don’t know how to use PHP, but HTML and CSS is not a real problem.
