Thanks for providing the link to the debug.log. Unfortunately I cannot read it. The message 403 Forbidden appears. You can still try to read the file by accessing it via FTP.
Do you have FTP access? The link is also the path where you can find the file on the server. If you would upload the file in a reply message, I would appreciate it.
Alternatively, you could still take a look at the errors that are listed in the shop in WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Please go there and check for errors relating to our plugin.

Please enable debug log in WP Desk Settings. Then make a test reproducing this issue, and send a link with the error log to us.
Please also send a screen of the error logs from the browser console. I hope that maybe in the case of your shop, there will be no problem reading the debug.log.
