Hi. I have tried to change my logo several times (Sela theme) and with different logos but although it changes on the editor temporarily, it does not get effective after saving it. I have tried several things including deleting cache and deactivating a few plugins like askimet but it will not change. Please, can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

    This is what I see

    Is that the correct logo?

    Hi Steve, Thanks for replying.

No, that is not the right logo. It is similar though.

    I have a logo /wp-content/uploads/2017/05/logo.png

    when i updload a new logo (e.g. /wpcontent/uploads/2017/06/new-logo.png)
and change the logo on the WP-Panel, it still selects the old path.

I am unable to make WP to use the new-logo. I had to overwrite the old
file in the old directory and clear the cache to display the new-logo (under the old name).

I use jetpack and CDN (CDN deactivated now, but that didn’t help either).

How can I resolve this permanently, please? Thanks in advance.

Disable your caching plugins, including autotptimize.

I had disabled it before as well as cleared the cache but it did not work. There must be a reason why I cannot change logo unless I overwrite the old file on Cpanel. How can I resolve it permanently? Thanks in advance.

Please turn off all caching until we resolve this.
