Logo size issue

Hi, I have an issue with logo on one of my subsite.
I have setted up a sites network and I’m using flash theme on them.
On one of the site logo has different size despite the fact that every site in my network is using same theme, same css, same settings, same image for logo (on the attached site logo has just renamed file).

Here the logo has been resized to 203x70px. On attached page the logo is in full size (290x100px).
I’d like to know where the issue lies.
I’d prefed to display logo in the size of this page https://silpol-meat.com rather than the full sized logo.
