Logo size and alignment in header

Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help me with this logo issue. When I put my logo in the header the site name and title is position higher and not in the maiddle of logo. Also, I want to use a bigger logo without increasing the size of the header. THe image used as logo currently is 70*70 pixel. However I want to Use 80*80 with increase the white base of the header. (Want logo to get fitted fully in the white header space and the site anme and title should be in the middle.

It would be great if someone can assist me with this.!
