    Hi Giovanni,
    Can you check the Status tab on the settings page and tell me if you see anything there that’s not green? Also, can you send the image to [email protected] so I can see if it renders in black & white for me too?

    Hi Ewoiut,

    this option is red:Temporary PDF engine folder /tmp Not writable

    If its the tmp-folder inside the Plugin-Folder i changed the permissions to ‘775’.

    Orange:
    opcache For better performances
    No. Recommended for better performances
    GMagick or IMagick Better with transparent PNG images
    No. Recommended for better performances

    Hi Giovanni and other people reading this.
    It turned out to be an issue with PNG transparency: as the status page already pointed out, GMagick or IMagick is recommended for transparent PNG images, and this was not installed on the server. Instead of showing the colors of the image, it showed the alpha channel (transparency map).

    Using JPG instead of PNG solved the issue!
