Logo problem

Since the last update (March 3), I have a problem with my theme header.
When I upload the new picture-logo, it is now shown in the header part, I’ve tried uploading the old logo, it’s the same with any picture, it won’t show in the logo section.
Also, this morning I’ve noticed that my main-menu has been changed, borders were added.
Please fix this or help me.
