Logo png not visible

    Hi, Have created the website fortexeconsult.ph

    Have now tried to change the logo and upload it.

    1. It is in the media files library.
    2. Have now uploaded it in the CPanel , in ftp manager under wp content / themes / imgs/.logo.png uploaded
    3. Only one file with .png which is the uploaded logo.
    4. Still the logo is not showing.
    5. What can i do?

    6. I have tried to change the logo size to 1869 * 425 and other size

    what am i doing wrong that the logo will not show up??

  • I am able to access a banner image from your theme

    maybe you have copied your logo in wrong folder? I can take a look at it via team viewer or by directly accessing it.

    i delete this in the file . i think i may have only renamed it as .jpg as above and now the only .png is the fortexe logo.

    @zorrohere — Please do not do that. Assistance through privileged access is not permitted in these forums. You are limited to what is publicly visible through HTTP.     Yes it was resolved, he was uploading logo files with random file names. Just had to rename one
