Logo overlap outside of header?

Funny, but search for this topic on Google brought up some Divi posts rather than OceanWP ones. Interesting.
What I want to do is have my logo overlap outside of my header (max-height 153px) so that the logo appear outside of both the top and bottom portions of the header. So the top part of the logo actually appears in the top header and the bottom part bleeds into the content area a little bit.
Like I said, I know this can be done using Divi, but can it be done using OceanWP?
