Logo on the left in top navigation bar but menus centered

Hi guys,

Been working on this site and I have placed a logo on the left hand side of the navigation bar. I want the menus centered on the navigation as well but as soon as the logo is placed everything shifts to the right on the menu 120px (The width of the image) therefore making the menu items not centered.

Any idea what CSS or whatever I could use to help me with this problem? Working on a local intranet site so unable to share the site.
