• Hi there

I have set a logo, 90 pixels wide by 60 pixels high, hosted on an HTTPs server.
Linked to it in the backend Custom Checkout Page Logo Image but it does not show on the checkout page.

Any idea how to fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I tested your image above and it works in my dev site. So I can confirm that this feature is currently working in the plugin.

Have you updated the plugin to the latest version? If you haven’t, please do so. If you have, can you make sure you have cleared your browser cache and also the cache if you have a cached plugin installed.

    Thank you

Hello, sorry for my delay. I had to step away from this project last week.
So I checked and Version 4.5.1 is the plugin. WordPress is up to date.
I tried in Firefox after clearing all data and still did not see the logo.
I flushed the cache on WordPress as well.

Do you see the logo when you click checkout and the Paypal window comes up? Or is it only after you sign in?

Any idea why I might not?

    Thank you
    C.

    Hi,

Or is it only after you sign in?

After I sign in or I click on pay with a credit card, I see the logo.

    Thank you
