Logo on Dashboard Not Showing Up

When you sign in as an editor, the logo on the dashboard is not showing up. However, it shows up when I log in as an admin. What is the issue?
Also, when I log in as an editor, it shows “News from Modern Tribe” which is a plugin I use for a calendar. How do I get rid of this?
