Logo not showing on Firefox or Chrome but fine on Safari

This plugin works as expected to allow this page (and others like it) to work on mobile devices and all mobile browsers. The theme is Uncode. It works fine on Safari DESKTOP with page sections scrolling and clicking into place AND the logo showing up in the top left. It does NOT function correctly on Chrome or Firefox DESKTOP (sections not clicking into place) nor does the logo show up. When I turn the plugin off all work fine but Mobile does not function correctly. I’ve tried all variations of defer and exclude to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. I’m not a coder but can put code in place when instructed specifically.
