    I’ve tried using png, jpg, different images, turning it off and on again…but the pdf version of the invoice will not show the logo. The normal php is but not the pdf.

    I’ve had to disable it as per the client’s request as it looks unprofessional but I’d appreciate any help. Thanks.

    Hello.

    Check please with disabled third-party plugins on your site and also check your server configuration, following options should be enabled

    allow_url_include=on
    allow_url_fopen=on

    Regards.

    I’ve disabled all plugins and deleted inactive ones. The problem remains.
    I’ve checked php.ini for those lines and they’re both as they should be…on.

    Still, the logo is not appearing in the pdf invoice. Just the error “image not found or type unknown”. I’ve tried various images and the error remains.

    PS: I’ve tried various browsers and mobiles. Same issue.

    ok, did you check this option? – https://screencast.com/t/0oBf6BsnyB
    Also, do you have that issue in all pdf templates?

    Thread Starter troyeccles

    (@troyeccles)

    Yes to both. It’s currently unchecked as the error looks unprofessional but when I activate the logo – regardless of the template used – the error remains.

    What do you mean by error? do you see some warning on your site or on the server logs?

    No matter what template I use, that happens.

    On my own site, the logo isn’t showing either. No error, though. Just no image.

    It appears to be a conflict with the plugin WEBDEFENDER Security.

    How do we fix this?

    That should be investigated more directly on your site and detect what type of conflict those plugins have and than fix that. Most likely Security plugin disabling some server option which is required by WP-Invoice, but not sure exactly. Such type of service is paid. You could order that in WP-Invoice/Support tab.

    @mariakravchenko I’m having the same issues as @troyeccles also. I have disabled all plugins and verified server settings.

    I have tried both .jpg and .png files to no avail.

    Any other ideas to what might be causing the issue?

    Plugin Contributor MariaKravchenko

    (@mariakravchenko)

    Hello, Tony.

    What do you mean by any other issue? The issue was with conflict with the third party plugin WEBDEFENDER Security.

    Regards.

    Tony

    (@tmalonemktg)

    @mariakravchenko I don’t use the third party plugin WEBDEFENDER Security. And I’m having the same issue even with every plugin disabled except yours.

    (@mariakravchenko)

    I that case you need to create your own topic and discuss the issue there.
    Also please provide detailed steps on how to replicate the issue. Which plugin, WP versions, template do you use, do you have that issue on all templates, which PHP version do you have and any other information which could be useful.

    Right now issue can’t be replicated on our test sites, so there might be something with your server configuration or site settings.

    We could also suggest our WordPress hosting where everything will work up to your needs. Need more info? – schedule a call with Marcus – https://app.hubspot.com/meetings/marcus-smoot
