Logo not displayed on invoice PDF

    Hi all,

    I’ve configured a logo with 100x100px in the document header settings. In the preview it is displayed as expected. But when I press “Download” in the generated pdf the logo is missing.

    What could be the reason?

    Hi, there’s an option under WP Smart CRM ->settings ( /wp-admin/admin.php?page=smartcrm_settings ) wether or not use logo in documents..have you checked that?

    Hi Andrew,

    yes I’ve checked it.

    In the print preview it is displayed but not in the generated PDF.

    It’s quite strange, I can indagate a bit further if you give me temporary access to your wp-admin…

    I’ve tested it on a local environment on my laptop.
    I’ll check this in the evening on our live environment. If there is the same problem I’ll set up a new live instance for investigation purposes…
