When I scroll down on my website my header changes to a sticky header.

I have included a different logo for my sticky header in Header settings->Sticky header – override normal settings.

I have also Enabled use logos from header variants.

However when I scroll down on the website and the sticky header appears, the logo does not change.

I read something about plugins in a different post. I deactivated all of them but this was still happening.

I am using the Rife Free Them btw.

Any idea what could be wrong?

    Regards,

    Cesc

    Hey ??

It seems like setting is stuck because in the source code there is no sign of the sticky logo.

Try to disable Enabled use logos from header variant, save settings, and enable it again and save.

    With kind regards.

    Dear Air,

I have tried following your instructions but unfortunately the logo remains the same.

    ??

I read somewhere about problems with the cache but not sure what that could be or how to sort it out.

    Any thoughts?

    Hey ??

Do you have any cache plugin installed? Or maybe your hosting provider have some special cache feature.

Anyway, you will have to clear the cache in either case to see the proper result.

Question: while you are in the customizer, does changing logo in the sticky version of the header work fine?

    With kind regards.

    Dear Air,

I have a plugin installed called LiteSpeed Cache. I deactivated it and it still was not working.
Excuse my ignorance but how can I clear the cache?

Answering your question when I go to the customizer and I change the logo of the sticky header it is still not working… a bit frustrating.

    Thanks for your support.

    Hey ??

I don’t have any other idea why it wouldn’t work for you. I would have to log in to your panel to check it, but we don’t do it here on free support, and this is forbidden on this forum as well.

As for cache – it totally depends on the plugin you are using. I am not familiar with yours.

    With kind regards.
    Air.
