Logo link broken in Atahualpa

I have uploaded my logo, which includes text but was saved as a .gif, to the proper file in the Atahualpa files on my site. I’ve pointed the proper box on Atahualpa’s theme manager on it. But on Chrome and IE8, it appears as a broken link. On Firefox, it simply has the default title of my blog in small, vertical letters.

I do have a background image; don’t know if that’s a problem? Would there be any other settings that would affect this? I’ve tried deleting the file and uploading it again.
