Logo is not showing

  • Hi there. I have installed colormag but am battling with the following: 1. I go into the customize section and add my logo, save it and can see it in the customize page but when I view my site, the colormag logo is still there. 2. Also I changed the menu categories under the menu section on the dashboard area after adding categories in the customize area but now the categories that appear under the menu section (under appearance in the dashboard) are not the same as the menu categories in the customize section. Can anyone help please.

    Do you have any type of caching plugin used in your site or have any server cache enabled for your site? If you have then, can you clear the cache generated from those within your site and see if that helps you resolve the issue?
