logo instead of text

I would like to place a logo in the circle. Now it does work, but the logo looks too small. If I look at the circle, it looks like there is a padding right and left of the logo, but if I use bigger logo, it will cut off the image.
Can you help me with how I can enlarrge the logo within the circle. Plus if I put the logo in there, it does not link to the homepage.
