Logo in IE

Your header logo is in the #head div, which has a height that doesn’t accomodate the logo:

#head {
	width: 750px;
	height: 104px;
	background: transparent;
	}

should be something like . . .

#head {
	width: 750px;
	height: 250px;
	background: #000;
	}

Alternatively, you could reduce the size of your logo a bit, if you prefer.
