    I use Themify Ultra Theme

    Thanks for the update.

    But the theme you’re using is a commercial theme.

    WordPress support volunteers here are not given access to commercial products, so we’re unable to download and install the Themify Ultra theme and help you figure out why the site logo feature isn’t working.
