Logo fades

Hi
I am an absolute noob at WordPress but still loving it. My problem is that I have used Enigma-Parallax free theme for a site I am trying to develop and once you add the logo under Theme General Options it has a faded look to it until you scroll down. I need to make just the logo fully visible at the top of the page as well as when it scrolls. The site is at: https://www.vertiblindkzn.co.za/wp1
I would appreciate any advice and more so if it is put simply so I can understand.
