• Hi everyone!

I had someone make me a logo but I can’t make it fit when I use it as the icon for the website.

The file dimensions are 2000×1010 and the file size is 170 KB

When I try to use it I see right away that WordPress only allows a square icon at default. How do I go around this?

Thanks in advance for any help on this!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

Not getting what is issue with it.
If it is asking for a square size image then, edit your image and make a square size and upload it.
You can download the attached image and use it:https://ibb.co/MGQYfQP

If you have any other issues with it, please explain and share the related snapshots for the issue.

The logo/image that is currently on the site is temporary – I didn’t use the correct one since I’m not able to upload it.

I’m looking for a way to get around the requirement of a square logo. I don’t see any reason why I should be forced into the square format.

Does anybody have an idea about how to use a non-square logo?

    Hello,

There are no criteria that you can upload only a square logo.

You can upload any kind of logo like rectangle, circle, zig-zag, etc.

If you are facing any issue with it, share the snapshots of the issue and if possible also share your logo file to check.

    Thank you very much!
It turns out the logo settings were set to a maximum width and height – my bad!

    You are most welcome ??
