Logo conditions broken

In header.php the condition to display the logo AND text is broken. At the moment it can either display a logo, or text. If both are active the header.php will only display the text and not the logo. The elseif should simply be an if, and it should be placed before the text condition to get the “look” that is in the sample with the logo to the right of the text.
