Logo / Banner messed up after update

Sorry, I am not able to replicate your issue.
I used your logo to try it out on my test site and it’s working properly.

Please check whether it’s a conflict with your custom css or third party plugin.

can you disable the option Sticky header : shrink title / logo
under
Apperance -> Customize -> Header -> Design and Layout -> STICKY HEADER SETTINGS
?

enable that option to see whether it still occurs

OMG. I enabled the sticky header option and it fixed it right away!
