Logo and Nav Bar Not Aligned

Hello,

Please excuse my newbie error, but I am having an issue where my logo seems to be a bit higher on the screen than the menu. Here is a link with a screenshot for reference:

As you can see, the logo itself is centered, and even if I take the logo out, the text with my name and tagline are still higher.

I’ve tried looking everywhere, but can’t find anything that will help. I am assuming its a simple CSS fix, but I’m not too versed on that so any help would be greatly appreciated!
