Logo and Header: Mobile Version

Hi, I have a question regarding my website https://www.thesurfcontinuum.com

When viewing the homepage on desktop computer it is fine, but on mobile device the logo is positioned strangely high on my header and is sized very small. On the other pages of my site I’m happy with the logo size and position, the issue is only on the home “about” page.

I added custom CSS to enlarge the size of my logo so I imagine that has something to do with it.

How can I enlarge the logo and position it lower when viewing on a mobile device ?
