  • Hi @vishakhanehe,

It seems the Imagick PHP module is missing from your site. Kindly contact your hosting service to enable this feature on your site.

    Thank you,

    Hi @tanjiralmamun,

Can I install the Imagick PHP module from myself and also, it seems like a WordPress plugin too. While Google search I found this result.

Let me know the exact issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi @vishakhanehe,

Imagick/ImageMagick is a PHP extension or module. It’s not a WordPress plugin. So, it’s must be enabled from the hosting server. Otherwise, it will not work.

Also, the plugin improves the quality of re-sized images by making WordPress use ImageMagick instead of the standard GD image library (which is another PHP extension/module). So, if you don’t have that extension, the plugin will not work.

    Thank you,

    Hi @tanjiralmamun,
I have already shared the image with you and ImageMagick PHP module is already installed at my server. You, please check the above message and screenshot too.

But the error is still there. Do you want me to share the video with you?

    Regards,

    Hi @vishakhanehe,

Kindly note that after enabling the module, it will take some time to hit your site. You can check out from the WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Site Health panel to see if the Imagick PHP module enabled correctly on your site or not.

If there is no Imagick PHP module error on the WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Site Health panel but vendors are still having the cropping error, then it will need to check your site internally.

In that case, kindly contact us through our support channel.

    Thank you,

    Hi @tanjiralmamun,

At my staging server, imagick is installed already.
On my live server, when I check site health, it gives me message

For this, I tried installing again via:

    apt-get install imagemagick
    service apache2 restart

But no luck! I am getting the same issue.

    Hi @vishakhanehe,

It seems the module is not enabled yet on your WordPress site. Since this is server related issuer, we’re unable to help in this case.

So, it would be better to contact any hosting server expert.

    Thank you,
