Logo ajustement not possible

Hi for sometime it is nomore possible to add or change the logo on the header menu line.
When I go to Customize -> general setting -> site identity and choose a jpg file as logo in the media library the next page is white and empty where usually you use to crop the choosen image. Then you can’t select it and this whatever image size is.
Could you please help me on this point?
